I bought a horrific bowl of succulents because I really wanna know what's wrong with these they were flattened and rotten looking. Some just have the spots. Anyone recognise these issues?

Are these the fallen leaves of the plant? Maybe you should also take a close look at the stem to see if there is any black spot or rottenness on it

The plant is sick and the chances of survival are slim😭

found these marks today, does anyone know what's wrong? i bought it 10 days and watered once.
i dont know the names of all of these succulents
almost all of these type of succulents are have have this weird brown marking on them. should I just take the leaves a propagate them to get better looking ones?
Anyone know what these weird spots are?
